IPTVNiVA provides digital products only. No physical items will be shipped.
Delivery Time
After successful payment, your IPTV access details (such as M3U link, Portal URL, or app credentials) will be delivered within 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on volume and verification.
In rare cases, it may take up to 5 hours during high-demand periods.
Delivery Method
Your service credentials will be delivered via email, or WhatsApp, based on the contact information you provide during checkout. Please ensure the contact details are accurate.

If you do not receive your credentials within 1 hour, kindly contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.
Delivery is considered complete once we send your credentials. It is the customer’s responsibility to configure the service using the provided instructions.
