These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IPTVNIVA's website and IPTV services. By purchasing a subscription or accessing any part of our service, you agree to these terms in full.

Digital Nature of the Service

IPTVNiIVA provides digital IPTV subscriptions only. No physical products will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive your access details digitally via email, or WhatsApp.

Service Activation & Delivery

Activation is usually completed within 15 minutes to 1 hour, and may take up to 5 hours during high-traffic periods.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate.

Delivery is considered complete once access credentials are sent.

Supported Devices

It is the customer's responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchasing.

The service supports a wide range of devices including Smart TVs, Android, iOS, Firestick, MAG boxes, VLC, and more.

Usage & Limitations

Each subscription is valid for one device at a time, unless otherwise agreed.

Any attempt to use the service on multiple devices simultaneously may result in suspension without refund.

Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the service without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable once the service is activated and credentials are delivered.

Device incompatibility

Slow or unstable internet

Change of mind after activation

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99% uptime, you acknowledge that occasional downtime may occur due to updates, maintenance, or third-party issues. We are not liable for temporary interruptions beyond our control.

VPN Usage

Our service supports all major VPNs, and using a VPN is optional. However, VPNs may help improve access quality in certain regions. We are not responsible for limitations caused by VPN misconfiguration.

Termination of Service

IPTVNiva reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account found violating these terms, engaging in abuse, fraud, or reselling without authorization.

Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or misuse your data.
